Tide Dry Cleaners needed a way to communicate with their 36 franchise locations. They wanted to cultivate customer relationships and keep brand messaging consistent across each market. We developed and deployed a multi-channel marketing communication plan with a monthly calendar/newsletter detailing these materials to franchisees.
